If our coverage falls short, tell us.
When we get a fact wrong, we fix the article, note the correction at the foot of the piece with the date, and keep the note in the public record. This page covers complaints about our coverage more broadly.
To complain, use the contact page, topic Other. Include the article URL, the passage in question, and what is wrong, with the documented basis for your complaint where you have one.
Every complaint is read. Where a complaint identifies a factual error, we check it and correct the record as described above. If your complaint is about a factual error, you can also report it directly under our corrections policy, via the contact page, topic Corrections. Both routes reach the publication and are handled the same way.
